Born and raised near Dallas, Texas, Jeremiah has always known he was meant to play music. In the sixth grade he picked up a trumpet - an action that defined the improvisational musician that he is today - and was forever changed. Drums and guitar followed after high school, where he played with numerous acts to feed his musical passion. His eclectic musical talents make him a self-described "utility man," feeling equally comfortable singing rock, soul, blues, folk or pop. He discovered his passion for singing in 2001 when he joined Dallas-based rock band, Solace (www.myspace.com/solacetx). In the summer of 2006 he was selected from a field of over 10,000 contestants to participate in ABC's music reality show "The One: Making a Music Star." Soon after the short-lived music television series, Jeremiah decided to move to Los Angeles to further pursue his dreams. Because of the show Jeremiah has made numerous industry contacts in L.A. and will soon be vying for top slots on the music charts.
