This is a new band out of Waco Tx. I saw these guys the other night with Jibe. I spoke to the singer and he said that they'd probably start booking concerts in the Dallas area. Hopefully they will be at the Curtain Club before too long. They are most definately one of the most talented bands with the most unique sound of this time. They're a harmonic balance of Pink Floyd, King Crimson, and Tool. This band is the answer to the prayer most of us have been searching for. They don't climb out of giant toilets, wear little red hats or rap and whine about stupid crap. It's heavy and melodic like Tool and even about as well constructed as Dream Theatre, so if you're looking for something fresh and powerful, then look no further than Room 101. |
